Refund policy
At Yellow Feather Books, we take great care to ensure every book reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective book, we are happy to offer a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted only for books that are physically damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- Damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
- How to Request a Return

- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
- Return/Replacement Options
- Once approved, you can choose between:
- A replacement copy of the same book (subject to availability).
- A full refund if the replacement is not available.
- Conditions
- The book must be returned in the same condition as received (except for the reported damage).
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of content, or minor cosmetic issues.
- Shipping
- In case of approved returns, return shipping costs will be covered by Yellow Feather Books.

- Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
